KVS247 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, browsing, or using kvs247.bet in any way — including creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a single bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the complete legally binding agreement between you and kvs247 for all use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use kvs247. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all services offered by kvs247 including but not limited to live casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette), sports betting (PSL and all cricket markets), the VIP Club, the Refer a Friend programme, and all deposit and withdrawal services.

To create and use a kvs247 account you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person (not a company, trust or other legal entity).
• Not be on any self-exclusion list, whether applied by kvs247 or another gaming platform.
• Be acting in your own name and on your own behalf — not as an agent for any third party.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

kvs247 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended and any outstanding funds will be held pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kvs247. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You must not impersonate another person, use a false identity, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. kvs247 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact kvs247 support immediately at support@kvs247.bet.

• Account sharing is not permitted — only the registered account holder may access and use the account.
• Accounts registered with false information will be permanently closed without notice.
• kvs247 may require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age or balance.
• Verification documents are processed securely and in line with the kvs247 Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on kvs247 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kvs247 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits are credited to your kvs247 account upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallets and 15–60 minutes for IBFT. kvs247 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's own bank or wallet provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kvs247 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. All bets placed on kvs247 are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and accepted the relevant game rules displayed on the table or betting interface.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the kvs247 system and a reference number has been issued. Bets placed after the official close of a market or after a live dealer announces "no more bets" are void.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and table. These limits are displayed clearly before any bet is placed on kvs247.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round will be declared void and all bets returned. kvs247 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the player's own device or internet connection.
• kvs247 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including obvious pricing errors or technical glitches that result in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Bet manipulation, collusion between players, and any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• For cricket and PSL betting, official match results from the relevant cricket board are used to settle all markets. If a match is abandoned or declared no result, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.

kvs247 may limit the maximum winnings per bet or per session at its sole discretion. This applies particularly to promotional bets and new accounts pending full verification. These limits will be communicated to affected players via their registered email or through an in-platform notification.

kvs247 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and maximum bonus amounts — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions when you opt in.

General bonus rules that apply to all kvs247 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your kvs247 account. Real money is used before bonus funds in all bet settlements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the required number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become withdrawable real money.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

• Cashback credited under the VIP Club carries no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated — it is real withdrawable balance.

• The referred player must be a genuinely new user — not a person who already holds or has previously held a kvs247 account.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself using a different email address or identity) are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Referral rewards are only paid once the referred player meets the qualifying activity threshold specified in the programme terms at the time of referral.
• kvs247 reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, collusion or attempted fraud.
• Referral rewards form part of your real money balance and are subject to standard withdrawal verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kvs247. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all balances reviewed for forfeiture:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false one, is a serious violation of kvs247's terms.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, manipulating payment systems, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to deceive kvs247 in any way.

• Money laundering: Using kvs247 to transfer, conceal or legitimise the proceeds of any criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback on a deposit that has been used for genuine betting activity is considered fraudulent and will result in permanent account suspension and legal action where appropriate.

kvs247 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to close any account and withhold funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. The platform cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law.

kvs247 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or from a responsible gaming authority.
• The account holder's death (pending estate administration and verification).

In the event of a suspension, kvs247 will communicate with the registered email address on file. Real money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements or investigation) will be returned to the original deposit source once any investigation is resolved in the player's favour.
